We are one of North West's leading car and vehicle breakers that deals with all cars including scrap cars, accident damaged vehicles, nearly new damaged repairables and also cars in perfect condition.
I would rate this company as zero if I could! absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs We bought a secondhand engine of them which we were assured was in good condition - however, since we have paid out lots of money for parts that should be covered by the warranty. We now have a car which we can't drive, we've been chasing parts for weeks now - which we were clearly told we covered by the warranty. When you ring you can't speak to the manager, actually you rarely get to speak to someone who helps. They have no intention of sorting the issue out, and from what I can see lots of people have had similar problems to ours. Feel utterly messed around and can't believe that they haven't been shut down!

was conatcted by them after advertising for a part on 247spares.co.uk, was told they had the part and was ready to collect! got there and it was stilli n the car, however I bought the engine, paid cash upfront that day and given a collection date. Hired a van, phoned up to say we would be arriving, to be told the engine was still in the car, I was promised numerous collection dates, to be left disappointed each time! Finally got the part after my other half stood in the yard for over an hour!! DO NOT USE, contacting trading standards after emailing them with a complaint, they have no customer service idea what so ever!!!

Bought gearbox from them. It took them over two weeks to dispatch but they promised it would be dispatched the next day for delivery the day after. They then blamed TNT for losing delivery, not TNTs fault I found out later. When we said we wanted to cancel the order they told us 'no you bloody well can't'. We refused delivery and have been waiting 2 months for our money back!! Do not go near them!!

I bought a drive shaft under the info that I could get my money back if it is was wrong. It was wrong so I went back for a refund. They refused even though they had told me at point of purchase. I even gave them a Christmas tip the robbing b*****ds. I rang back to say I wasn't happy and would be dealing with the issue 'through other means' to which I got "if you wanna threaten us bring it on pal". Completely misinterpreted. He then followed it up by saying "come down now and ill get you the part" this just 5 minutes after I was told they don't have it. Intimidation and theft. I will pursue this.

Complete bunch of crooks, said that they had ordered the part, the part never turned up and they refused to give a refund. Trading Standards needs to get involved.

Please do not buy anything from this company,I purchased a engine from them which they claimed had done 37000 miles.I paid £354 for it and when it arrived 2 weeks late it was just a rusted block and head. The engine had no compression and would not run at all.I have tried to get a refund and made over 50 phone calls but the owner or manager is never available and will not return my calls.I am in the process of taking legal action against them so please be warned.

Also of Darbishire St , Bolton, same telephone number though. This company take your money but don't send parts. When you telephone them, they promise full refunds but don't actually get around to doing it. There's always an excuse which at the time seems plausible, but now having sent 2 recorded delivery letters demanding my refund of over £100 for parts not delivered, they have totally ignored me. I have now placed the matter in the hands of Trading Standards.
