We had an issue with our Cannon cooker and not being able to set the clock/timer and therefore the main oven would not switch on. The "engineer" attempted to disconnect the clock and then said all the wiring had gone "hard" and the oven had had it. Even though the grill/top oven and Gas hob were all working perfectly before his visit. The cooker was left in bits and he left after we had paid £70 "call out" with only a few days before Christmas we had to go and spend nearly £50 on a new cooker. Not Happy At All.
