If your Insurance company arrange for this company to repair your car refuse!!!! They had my car 11 days to repair a door and window following a break-in. After I had to make numerous phone calls and everytime being told it was going through "quality control" it was returned with was scratches on the door, the window rubber was coming away, the lock had not been repaired and there was still broken glass inside. I returned the car to them yesterday and although I was assured it would be finished the same day or at least by this morning I still haven't heard anything!!!!!
