Terrible service
Said he would get me in 40 minutes and didn't turn up, when I phoned him to find out where he was his exact words were "to be honest mate it's gonna be another 40 minutes" what a waste of space

Scary trip
I think our driver needs a refresh on the Highway Code. You don't overtake on a pedestrian crossing causing other motorists to take avoiding action- uncomfortable trip relieved to arrive at our destination
