"Jo took time to find out about my dog and provide information on what she does. She appears to genuinely care for my dog. All this is extremely reassuring and I am confident that my dog will be well looked after. Whatever the weather, I always find my dog in a clean state when I return home. My dog seems well in herself, which makes me feel she enjoys the walks and company. Jo is very flexible and easy to communicate with. She provides feedback on what my dog is up to and the development of relationship with other dogs."

“My two Rottweilers, Samson & Delilah, are never usually left for more than an hour or so, or they come to the office with me. As I’ve recently picked up some work in Bristol, I have had no choice but to leave them. Being Rottweilers, I am very choosy about who walks them as I like them to be extremely well behaved while out on walks, as they represent the breed to others. I wouldn’t allow anyone to walk them who wouldn’t expect them to behave appropriately at all times! I was thrilled that Jo is able to visit them for me during the day for a walk and some company (and at very short notice for her first visit!). On their first day of being left and visited by Jo, they were both very calm and very relaxed when my husband got home from work; normally they would be pacing around at that time expecting their afternoon walk.
