Good quote, quality of windows good, fitting quality poor. Poorly cut uvpc internal window sills. A year later I found out via a neighbour that the brickwork had cracked/dropped a little on one of the upper windows. Reporting to Darren, he said it wasnt his responsibility. Two years later a window panel failed, replace after second attempt, the first being the incorrect size
