right ive had a few problems with these lot in the past unfortunatly i ended up buying from these lot again a couple off weeks ago and to my suprise they did deal with my problem... i odered a turbo for a vectra sri which they sent me one but it was wrong when i rung then back they posted me the correct one out and also sent me a cheque for the return postage of the wrong one along with a extra £10 for my inconvienice.... ive spoke to them again since and ordered a few parts off them and when i questioned the guy i was speaking to started laffing and said yeh that was the previous owner and its been under new management since april 2012

Gave me a story re turbo saying it was off a car with 22,000 miles on clock and would give me an extended warranty of 6 months. Never had any corres at all let alone a guarentee. Wish I had read this site before. I hate being had over !!!

Never seen such a lying bastards before like A2 Salvage.First they sent me a wrong item and i returned that as they told with recorded delivery to be safer side which they received and confirmed me. For refund they told we have already send it to you so you should get it within 3/4 days.It continues for 5 months with different types of argument like must be something wrong with my address, bank holiday etc..finally i spoke to the consumer direct and they told me to send a letter with recorded delivery with the given format and wait for 14 days. even though i have not received anything back from another 3 months. and now when I spoke to the consumer direct they told me again to send another reminder with 14 days notice. But I have no patient I have given up. Let them invest my money whereever they want. Mentioned here just to make you aware and be sure about the item you are looking for before making any payment otherwise forget your refund from them they knows only how to get that no refund. big big cheaters...I did not find anyone from 4-5 guys I talked to is not lying. Not recommended NEVER DEAL WITH THEM if you have other options.

I tried to cancel an order about one hour after phoning it in as I saw the terrible reviews, but they will not let me cancel and have taken the money out of my account!!! I told them they were breaking the Distance Selling Regulations and they got quite abusive! Have lodged a complaint with Breakerlink and will take them to the small claims court if I don't get my money back!!!

I ordered a part from A2 Salvage, and offered to send a photo of what I required to ensure I would be sent the correct part. They told me this wasn't necessary, and then sent me the wrong part. Whenever I emailed them they refused to answer, and when I phoned they kept saying they would post me a replacement - which they never did. A2 Salvage are dishonest and untrustworthy, and are operating illegally as they do not comply with the distance selling regulations as laid down by the Office of Fair Trading. Avoid using A2 Salvage at all costs - they are little more than thieves. It's a pity there isn't a category for no stars at all, because that's what they deserve.

Purchased parts from A2 AUTO SALVAGE of DEWSBURY. The parts were never delivered and despite promises of refund nor has the refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS, they're nothing short of con artists.
