Terrible

I called this company because I had problems with my fridge freezer and washing machine. I was told I needed a new fan for my fridge freezer. But the serviceman claimed he didn't know what was causing my washing machine (hotpoint super silent) to make a nasty noise - even though all he did was spin it (he didn't take it apart). Nevertheless, I still had to pay a separate call out free for the washing machine . When someone came back to install a new fan in the fridge freezer it became apparent that some of the costs were hidden (i was told on the second call out you only had to pay the cost of the part). Anyway, his repair didn't work because the fridge freezer broke down again a couple of weeks later and was over £160 poorer. These people do not inspire confidence. I would not use them
