Abbeycare Foundation is the only alcohol-specific private addition services in the United Kingdom. We offer a full intensive therapeutic alcohol treatment programme. The therapeutic alcohol detox treatment approach is informed by best practice and statistically proven research. This treatment approach includes elements of: rational emotive behavioural techniques (REBT) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) - educational group work, motivational interviewing including person centred one to one treatment, the 12 step model and relapse prevention treatment. Our alcohol rehab programme gives you the opportunity to increase your awareness and understanding of your alcohol problem enabling you to learn new coping skills and identify future triggers giving you the opportunity to achieve lasting sobriety. In focusing and specializing in alcohol misuse treatment we have a very high success rate in alcohol recovery outcomes. We provide alcohol rehab treatment for a maximum of six clients at any given time. This enables us to provide each client with a high level of quality person centred treatment and care.
