In contrast with the other review, I paid upfront for my repair and 3 weeks later am still waiting for my dishwasher repair. Very unhelpful - would never use again.

great repair on a smeg oven!
I had Academy Engineering out to fix my Smeg Oven today. Very happy with the work done. Lovely guy who got on with the job promptly, found the fault within minutes and had it fixed within the 30 minutes included in the call out fee. Charges were fair. Highly recommended! Richard, Tufnell Park.
