The Company was formed by Ajeet Karandikar who has 20 years experience as Commercial Relationship Manager within HSBC Bank Plc. Ajeet's experience at HSBC covered the full spectrum of banking roles. He was involved in looking after PLC companies within Corporate Banking, spent time in the bank's internal Credit Department with responsibility for assessing lending proposals from 70 branches and also ran a mini area of three branches within Birmingham.

Ajeet maintains excellent relationships with a network of banks, building societies and private funders to be able to offer clients a fully independent finance sourcing service.
