Considerate service
For a trip to Heathrow Airport, Mr. Matthews provided courteous, reliable service. He was accommodating about changes of plan, was waiting at the appointed hour and provided a smooth and comfortable ride to the airport. As we approached, he rang the airline for me about the prearranged wheelchair. At the airport, he waited until the wheelchair attendant arrived so that I could remain seated in the taxi while waiting. The fee was a set price, regardless of however much traffic we might encounter.
