Acting Up provides training in Dance Drama and Music classes for children aged 2-18 years. We also run workshops all school holidays. Pupils take part in a Theatre Production every 6 months and also take exams. Our casting agency offer pupils professional work opportunities and TV and Theatre. Training is offered to children and young adults from 2 to 18 years. Pupils can begin Acting Up in our Pre-School classes that cater for the needs of children 2-4 years and take place over a 2-hour period. During this time pupils get a little taster of dance, drama and music. When pupils reach the age of 5 they then move into our main school and study dance, drama and music as separate disciplines and attend over a 3-hour period. Drama focuses on developing confidence and a wide variety of dramatic techniques. Dance lessons cover a varied syllabus that includes ballet, tap, jazz, modern and street dance.
