I am a long standing customer with your company at the Parramatta Studio in Sydney, NSW. I commenced my programme on the 22nd February 2012 to present. I am currently undergoing the laser treatment program as prescribed. I would also like to point out that I have diligently followed this programme with complete sincerity. The purpose of sending this email to you is to advise you that the team (staff) at the Parramatta Studio that I have dealt with have always had my best interest at heart and for this I would like to pay them a compliment. Their support and professionalism has been exceptional and compassion has always displayed in dealing with such a sensitive matter. I feel very comfortable discussing any hair issues/problems that I have and I very much look forward to my weekly laser sessions as I am always greeted with a friendly smile and whole heartedness. When I first signed up for my programme I was anxiously waiting outside the studio for the door to open as my appointment was scheduled first in the morning. A staff member arrived and very friendly without asking any intrusive or personal questions as to why I was waiting outside. I was nervous as this was my first time at the studio and I did not know what to expect. I honestly believe that if it were not for my first welcoming and kind encounter I may not have stepped foot through the front door. From that moment on the staff at the studio have always provided me with professional and sound advice about my hair.
