Crooks

One of the rudest sales assistant or shop workers at this store, they treat the store as if its they're home, when you ask for help, they get angered and annoyed; as a customer I shouldn't be rushed when I paying for just the products but for decent service, the shop also doesn't mind misleading they're packaging in order to get sales your dealing with people's health, I am really not happy and really would like to complain about they're misleading marketing tactics. I was informed by my hairdresser who is a professional hair dresser that the extension that I brought were not good for the hairstyle use intended and it would not be healthy on my hair, and that it was not as it states on the packet. When I returned to inform the shop assistant he arrogantly laughed stating "who is your hair dresser, tell her to come here" I then replied "my hairdresser is booked to do my hair she is not going to come here" "tell her to come after", this is not attitude I expect to withhold when a potential misleading hair products which interferes with health. I am a customer of two years now, when I returned to get my refunds, I returned the hair, as I am waiting the men rudely replies "what do you want?" I then stated I am waiting for my refund, so this shop keepers not only are happy to sell false misleading items but expect to keep money that is not there's. Anonymous
