About
A traditional and dynamic Japanese martial art, Yoshinkan Aikido focuses on defence rather than attack and works through the application of technique instead of strength and can therefore be practised by anyone regardless of age or size. An effective method of self defence, it is also required practice for the Special branch of the Tokyo Riot Police. Aikido is also a great way for you to stay fit, build confidence and make new friends. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience.
