Great food and has been for years !
My family and I have been going to The Akbar for over ten years and we have never been dissapointed! The service is great and the King Prawn Puri is the best i've ever had.

Delicious food and friendly staff!!!
This is a small but friendly restaurant and very reasonably priced. The food is absolutely fantastic, full of flavour ,spices, and well presented. Compared to all the Indian restaurants I've been to this is definately the best. I recommend the chicken tikka masala and the lamb karahi!!! mmmmm The service is always great and yes I will go back. The only way they could improve business is by expanding to provide more tables!
