I have used this company almost once per week on Sundays from alderley edge to wilmslow train station. Often they are on time but about once in 10 trips they are late. Today we missed our train because they were so late. What is most annoying is that calls to them have no impact. They seem quite indifferent to whether you have been inconvenienced.
