I can train you at home. I'll bring the equipment including full set of Viprs, TRX, TruFit, Kettlebells, Dumbells and stability ball.

You can also train with me at The Gym, 684 Mansfield Road. Sherwood, Nottingham. The Gym is 24 hour, modern, spacious and has 170 pieces of state-of-the-art Matrix Gym equipment, including cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as a large range of free weights.
