Not very good service unfortunately!
The 3 shops all look nice and so does the website and they have a good range of dresses. We were unfortunately let down by a lack of service. I sent numerous e-mails and received no response. Phone calls always go to answer machine and the general service was not as helpful and professional as other shops that we visited. Our bridesmaids had to go to 4 fittings to get the dresses correctly altered due to numerous problems, which is hassle that you don't need a s a bride to be. If the service matched up to the look of the shop bride and beautiful would be onto a winner but it was all very unorganised and slapdash I'm afraid.
