About Us

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself to you.

I have come to hypnotherapy from a background in psychology and find the two fit together perfectly. The difference being traditional psychological and counselling therapies often take a long time to become effective whereas hypnotherapy by comparison is supercharged. Working faster and at a deeper level it brings about change quickly and effectively.

Many of my clients arrive never having experienced hypnosis before. They are often wary of waking up having divulged their deepest darkest secrets and their pin number and then going home clucking like a chicken every time the Fairly Liquid advert comes on TV. However the reality is they leave me feeling wonderfully relaxed as if they have been on the most amazing journey and realising what a truly fantastic person they are. All side effects of their hypnotherapy whether for biting nails stopping smoking or any other problem with which they presented.

I offer all my new clients the opportunity to either have a chat on the phone or to come and meet me prior to their hypnotherapy. This gives me the chance to answer any questions and for them to get to know me and feel comfortable working with me. This is without charge or obligation.

Most people take the opportunity to travel to me for their hypnosis as it affords them a break from their normal lives and environments however I am quite willing to make the trip to come to you.
