Always and forever should Never have bothered
I have just returned home from the worst bridal shop experience. I have always thought that in order to work in a bridal shop that you have to have a shred of happiness in your body. However after meeting the staff at always and forever I have been proven wrong. The dresses were filthy and the customer service was non existent. My sister-in-law was left to fend for herself when trying on the dresses as the staff perched on stools at the front of the shop. Though the store contained many dresses, non of them were at a realistic size for my sister-in-law. The shop "assistant" failed to direct us to dresses that were the appropriate size and when it came to try them on, her family and I were left to become dress fitters. The dressing room was the size of an under-stairs cupboard and was not helped by the amount of dresses the sales 'assistant' (I use this word loosely) hung up. I would not advise anyone who is looking for a helpful, happy, clean and great experience to go to this shop. You will leave feeling horrible about yourself. Not impressed
