Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to facilitate change. Hypnosis is a natural method of lulling the conscious mind in order to reach the subconscious. When the subconscious is spoken to directly, old patterns and conditioning can be reprogrammed and new ideas and positive suggestions can be introduced. These positive suggestions can then be used to help make the changes you desire. Agreed positive suggestions can be placed into the subconscious level of the mind while you are in the relaxed state of hypnosis. During hypnosis you will never act upon any suggestions that you do not agree with.

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient art of healing by touch. The word comes from the Japanese: "REI" meaning Universal and "KI" meaning Life Force Energy.


Reiki is a way of channelling this energy to address not only physical disorders but also to open the mind to the causes of dis-ease and pain to create a wholeness and harmony. Reiki energy goes exactly where it is needed, releasing blocked energy, cleansing the body of toxins and working to create a state of balance. Reiki is a very effective therapy, outwardly very simple but inwardly powerful because it goes to the deeper levels of the self where ill health has its roots. Reiki helps people to take responsibility for their lives and to make the necessary changes in attitude and lifestyle which bring a happier and healthier life.

Reiki can relieve pain and acute symptoms quite rapidly while chronic problems may require more extensive treatment. The number of treatments depend upon the root cause of the problem and the amount of energy needed to restore well being, so the number and frequency of treatments varies depending on the needs of the client

Crystal healing

Crystal healing involves the use of precious and semi-precious gemstones. The crystals hold a positive energy and they act as a conduit for healing from the practitioner to the client.

The therapist will use crystals to alleviate blockages in the flow of energy around the body, which may be causing physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual distress. The energy field can then be stimulated with crystals to promote good health.

The therapy is based on the theory that the organs and cells of the body respond in particular ways to particular patterns of vibration. Each part of the body has a natural resonance and responds to vibrations in harmony with it. Dissonant vibrations, by contrast, have harmful results. Poor physical, emotional and / or mental health affects the frequency at which cells and tissues of the body vibrate.

The therapist will restore and strengthen healthy frequencies by directing harmonious vibrations with the appropriate crystals. Bringing the body, mind and spirit back into a state of harmony.
