This guy is a joke. I supplied my own t-shirts and jackets, to which he told me were good quality. Very keen for me to place my order, says he's in my area all the time. Took one week to supply me with my goods, which I initially thought looked good. Then my daughter realised that on her hoodie, one of the letters was not stuck down. The guy was very apologetic, and says he's been doing this for twenty years, and has made an error. Simon agreed to take the hoodie and fix the letter straight away as I told him my daughter needed the hoodie for school. Thinking nothing of it, I paid him! Worst mistake ever.A ffew days later, Simon phones me saying he has now melted the zip on the hoodie, and is looking for a replacement. By now, it was two weeks in, and my daughter is back in school with no hoodie! The following week, I once again rung Simon asking was the hoodie ready? To which he replied, I can't find one. He then agreed to take it to have the melted zip repaired, and then text me the following week to say he would be dropping it off. Again I heard nothing. After numerous messages Simon phoned me last week saying he was not going to waste a journey to bring the jacket back, and that his car was off the road!!!! Another week has gone by and I am still waiting for the hoodie. It has now been 5 weeks!!!! Also, this guy guarantees his work one million percent, but yet the two t-shirts he did, the letters are peeling. Don't be conned likeui was, this guy is a waster.
