We sell and rent top name products from Pioneer, Panasonic, Yamaha and
Samsung . Plasma, LCD, DVD recorders, home cinema systems, and loud
speakers. Our aim is always to give a lower price than the big stores.
Being a family run firm, established in 1980, we can also offer a far
better personal service than the National companies.
We offer free delivery and setup, and 12 months interest free finance on
every product sold. We specialise in custom installs for Plasma/LCD and
home cinema systems where all cables and equipment are fitted in such a
way that only the equipment is on show. We repair and service all makes
and models. If you buy from us and experience any trouble, an engineer
will call the same day to rectify the problem or leave you a loan set.
We also do digital aerial and satellite installations for domestic
properties and communial blocks of flats, and we also install Sky HD. We
offer a complete one stop shop.

Quick to sell -but slow to repair
Having purchased a Humax freesat box from the company, as well as a television and blue ray DVD player, I was initially happy with the sales service. However not more than ten months later the Humax freesat box packed up with a failed hard disk controller, used to record program's. After taking the box back to the shop I have had to put up with a farcical display if total incompetence for what can loosely be described as a repair service. Bearing in mind it was the hard disk which had failed, it took a week for them to phone to ask for the remote control, why it was needed to do the repair is beyond my understanding and that of a friend of mine who is also a TV repair operative. So after another trip into town to the shop, I was told YES it would be looked at first thing Monday and back with us by Tuesday at the latest. Wednesday comes and a call telling me how much the repair will be!! I phone back and inform them its repair under warranty, Oh yes I can see now comes the reply, but can we have the remote to fix it. I lost my patience at this stage, as they had the remote. So a call to the manager and am awaiting a reply and my Humax box returned repaired, still no date set though though it will be two weeks at the end of this one. So be warned on entering shop you may be greeted with courtesy and information, but if it goes wrong afterwards your in for a rocky ride of total incompetence getting it fixed.

Service and customer care
On entering shop we were greeted with courtesy and information was comprehensive without being over technical. Staff were very knowledgable but not over technical and we were able to understand.
