Anthony Ball Photography captures and highlights those precious moments in your life, preserving the emotion and energy of the event. Based in the scenic Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, I display a country theme through my work by blending natural settings and light with human events, aspirations and activities, applying a range of photographic and editing techniques to produce my immensely popular 'circle of life' collections.
About
I shoot weddings in a similar relaxed manner documenting the events with minimal interference to you or your guests. I take sets of images that tell a story of a particular event but will always include a period (normally with the bride and groom alone) to capture the fine artistic work that become the "wow" pictures of the day.
After the shoot, I professionally edit the images at my home studio and produce a slideshow lasting between 3-5 minutes. I'll present the slideshow to you and work with you to assist in the sometimes, difficult and emotional decisions around selecting images. Presentation is everything so I bring a stunning range of sample frames, albums and other displays so you get a real hands on feel for the finished product.

Services
A typical shoot is carried out on location at your property, a place of interest or at an event such as a horse trials or country fete. Shoots usually last between half and a full day, and provide a pleasurable and relaxing experience for clients, many of whom are filmed amongst their favourite things, or with beloved family pets.

From the very first meeting when Tony showed us the awesome album samples that he had we knew we were on to a winner. The package on offer included a pre wedding Engagement shoot that made the happy couple very at ease by going through a photography session without the added pressure of their wedding. They then had a special electronic album in Spring with one of their own choice of enlarged photographs as a gift to be signed by all the guests at the wedding. On the big Autumn day Tony was almost invisible from almost dawn to dusk. The photographs at home with the bride up until the Church were priceless to the Groom as he hadn't been there for that part of their big day. All of our guests have commented on the standard of the photographs and he certainly didn't disappoint. We had an amazing evening trying to pick the final album photos, but they were too good to choose so we ended up buying another 4 pages! We knew the albums would be good because we had seen them at our first meeting, but when they arrived one mid-week evening we were flabbergasted and beyond perfect.
