Unprofessional and dangerous
A year after the construction we have tried to contact apex to inform them the build is dangerous. Fundamental parts of the brick wall are cracking and the mortar is not fit for purpose. After a number of emails when we are informed it is being forward to the installations manager or the MD we have heard nothing further. Apex are happy to ignore a now dangerous build that they constructed. No regard for health and safety, customer care and after care once they’ve received your money.
