Mr Chris Froggatt is our lead contact who has had been involved in the Construction Industry / Architecture since 1987. He has a vast past experience of working with Architects, Builders, National Builders and Large Corporate Clients specialising in not only traditional construction but also has been responsible for the design and construction of large Industrial and Commercial Buildings all across the United Kingdom.

We pride our success on providing a high level of customer service. We understand that although we do this everyday, you do not. It is important to make sure each step is as easy and stress free as possible. When we submit a fee proposal for a project we make the following promises to each and every Client. These are:

- We will make a start on a project within 7-10 days of being instructed. We then will ensure that you have some drawings within 2 weeks (it is a common worry for the average Client that they will have to keep nudging and chasing up their project to make sure it does not end up on the bottom of the pile).

- We use Computer Aided Design for all of our drawings. This has a massive advantage of being able to explore every possibility whilst procuring the design. We will always provide you with alternative ideas and options where possible (it is a common worry that one design will be done and it will be forced on a Client to accept).

- We have had a wide experience of Architect ural Design and have proved it by coming 1st place out of 500 entrants for design. Our website shows many examples of our past projects and designs (a potential Client can worry is a good enough design will be done and if the designer can put his money where his mouth is).

- We currently off a "No Win - No Fee" on all of our Planning Applications. This ensures that it is in our interest to provide a suitable design as if it does not get planning consent then there is no charge for our planning application work.

- We are a relatively small company with low overheads. We do not have expensive glass fronted offices in the centre of the town. This has a great advantage of making us unbelievably competitive on price undercutting our competition considerably.
