Pilkington Architecture is an architectural practice run by Jon Pilkington.

Jon has over 20 years experience in architecture and has run his own business for many years.

He specialises in residential projects that range in size from house extensions to custom designed new-build houses and residential developments.

His work also includes barn conversions and commercial projects.

We're very familiar with a process that can seem daunting to many people so we try to make it as straightforward as possible.

Whether it's a simple extension or a complex new-build house, the first thing we do is find out what our clients want and need which aren't always the same things!

Then we'll work together to come up with a practical solution that not only looks good but is functional and meets their budget requirements. We then obtain planning permission and building regulations approval and provide all the relevant technical and construction drawings.

We can also recommend local contractors to provide tender prices and help the process move as quickly and smoothly as possible.
