these planers had cond there why into getting building permission on the road next to us 5 objections out of 7 letters sent out and 2 of those letters where sent to people of the land they had brought. they never let the locals know till the work had started and now they start work at 7.30am with pile drivers and heavey equipment on a estate where there is a lot of elderly live and overnight workers and we all get woken up by this noise that we did not know any thing about I found out from the planners at rotherham council after work had started and I live 5 houses away on the side road from where the work is going on. no one else on this road know what was about to go off
