after purchasing a voucher, someone waited all afternoon for a member of their staff to attend to clean my oven. I was eventually contacted at 4.52 to say that they could not provide the service as it was too late and that I had to ring the office the following morning to re-schedule. When I did this I was more or less told that I was lying about the conversation and that I had not been willing to go home to let them in and that I would have to pay a £10 call out charge as it was my fault the clean had not been done. I DO NOT TELL LIES. There was someone sat in my house from 11.30 until 5.30 and no sign of any cleaners. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. It is a scam. I paid for a service that I did not get.

Like the previous review I also bought a voucher online to clean my house and another to clean my oven at the same time. It took 3 phone calls before I got through to someone to book them to come out (message left on answer phone which they just ignored!). Within 10 minutes or so of making my booking I thought it might be nice to "upgrade" my oven clean to include the hob and extractor so I rang them back - went back on to answer phone, left a message asking about the upgrade - once again they just ignored the message I left!). When I made the booking they could not give me a time, not even am or pm, but said if I rang back on the Friday before (the cleaning was for the Monday) they would be able to give me an idea. I rang on the Friday as requested and spoke to a lady who advised me the person who deals with the bookings was actually out of the office but that someone would ring me back - guess what - yes once again the message was totally ignored - beginning to see a theme here??? With NO response to my message (3rd one left) I emailed asking what was going on, why no one had rung me back, and what time I could expect the cleaners on the Monday. Within 10 minutes of sending the email I received a phone call - miracles do happen - from Janet the owner who firstly tried to tell me someone had rung me back - WRONG - she then went on to say that they do not "pander to the people who buy vouchers" - pander???? surely a phone call, in response to a message left, is simple and basic customer service? Like the last reviewer I also believe that this company has clearly over sold these vouchers and simply cannot cope with the volume of customers the voucher offers are attracting. Perhaps they should consider suspending their voucher offer until they have the staff and facilities to actually cope with the number of customers the offer is attracting before they continue as they clearly cannot cope at the moment. Customer service above profits should be a priority for a customer service based company surely??

I bought a voucher through an on line company. They were an hour late to start of with. They rushed through my house and my husband said they only spend just over an hour here. They did a terrible job, and I could tell they did some vacuuming, and mopping, but the little dusting that was done I had to do again because they used a really filthy cloth. I am convinced the company sold so many vouchers on line, that it was a bit too much for them to handle and therefor they could not provide the 'excellent' service they claim to deliver. Maybe if it is their regular staff that do do a good job, they are lucky, but I will certainly not find out and I will never use these people again.I am better of paying someone 10£ per hour to actually do a proper job.
