Cowboys!
Avoid this company like the plague! I paid a £500 deposit and was quoted 6 weeks lead time for the work to commence - after numerous chasing calls they eventually turned up after 12 weeks, shorthanded and basically did half a job. They cut numerous corners which I only realised after the fact, and I've had to spend over £1000 to put right what they didn't do properly in the first place. It appears I've also paid well over the market rate for what they did do, probably more than £1000 more than I should have. I've been well and truly fleeced and would never use these cowboys again!
