Non-existant after sales swervice
While we were happy with our new shower, we have experienced problems with the drainage but cannot get any response from the company. We have been calling in and 'phoning for more than six weeks now. The shop tells us it's "Not their problem but the plumber's", clearly not true as the dealings and contract were all with the company. The plumber does not answer or return calls. I would not use them again.

Apalling Customer Service
I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. I currently have an en-suite which is completely unusable. The toilet worked initially but the flush failed very quickly. However, because of the way the bathroom was designed by Ashby Tile and Bathroom a relatively minor problem with the cistern is not easily repairable. It is totally inaccessible without removing a large area of permanently fixed worktop, which would potentially destroy an area of tiling. They are not remotely interested in sorting this problem and it will potentially cost me hundreds of pounds to rectify a major fault in their design. The shower waste pipe has always leaked. I had to have the ceiling below re-plastered once and redecorated twice. Initially, the plumber returned to fix the problem but was so incompetent he was unable to sort the problem out. It still leaks now and there is a wet patch on the ceiling below the shower. Again, Ashby Tile and Bathroom are unwilling to get the problem sorted out. Unsuitable fittings were also specified. I have since learned that we require a gravity fed tap rather than the one that was supplied so my hot water in the basin is more of a dribble than a torrent that takes ages to warm up. The shower head they specified was also was also unsuitable as there was not enough adjustment in the angle of spray meaning that the water hit the door preventing me from standing directly under the spray. 1 year on, I still have an unusable en-suite. The standard of design is appalling and they are not interested in putting things right. Since posting this review I have been contacted by a number of people that claim to have had problems with this company. I have informed trading standards and a file is currently open (as of 30/09/13) on this company.
