NIce company, shame about the manager

Value

This company can deliver good value items from China. However expect delays from what they tell you. I can only speak from the UK, but the team manager seems to constantly undermine and contradict her staff which I suppose contributes to the delays. Deal with them, but try going over (or below!) the team manager's head if you want a sensible answer.
