Dreadful service every time!
I'm glad I've seen another bad review for this place, it really is the worst! They are quick to act by getting paperwork out to you and asking for payment, but after that they are plain lazy. The dates on correspondence and the post mark on the envelope are sometimes many days apart, meaning outgoing post is probably sat in a tray while anxious clients wait. They don't accept responsibility for being the experts and one has to chase them to find out things are being done. Use them at your peril!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Failed to spot an error with both Land Registry and Title Pan which meant that we purchased a property with a boundary issue/fault! Customer service manager failed to accept responsibility in any way shape or form! Basically, happy to take your money, but if there is a problem, their not interested! PLEASE BE WARNED!
