Worst company I have ever dealt with
I'm surprised at all the positive reviews on here. I made the mistake of employing Aspect for some external repointing and brick replacement work. It was a truly horrendous experience. - Despite their quote being the highest we receive, we employed Aspect because they promised the soonest start date for what was urgent work. However, the day before the work was due to start I was told that they had to psotpone the work because they didn't have the right materials. - A week later, after multiple calls and emails, I still did not have a revised start date. Water had started coming into the house, causing more damage we would have to pay to have rectified. - I spoke to the head of the refurbishment section who was very unhelpful. I also heard swearing aggressively at a colleague when he thought the phone line had not connected! - Work was finally scheduled for seven weeks after we paid a hefty deposit of 40%. - When work finally did commence, not enough scaffolding was delivered in the morning; this meant the builder carrying out the work had to disappear for half the day to track down more scaffolding and I had to spend the morning at home when I needed to be at work. - After work was supposedly completed, we were left with very angry neighbours as Aspect had broken several of their garden items, left a pile of bricks in the middle of their garden and generally left the place in a mess. I would advise anyone considering Aspect to look elsewhere.

Serious Convenience Factor
I have always found the staff to be both professional and polite. On site the job is well done and everything is left clean and tidy. They have run late once, but the office staff kept me up to date at regular intervals. The speed at which aspect react is commendable and for this reason I find it very convenient as I have various tenanted properties in London

For me the team are the best ever!!!
Ok I can tell you that this is my first ever placement of a review..online ever!! I'm doing it because this group acted swiftly and professional in handling my issue. I had a crisis with my Triton shower at 7pm on a Saturday..As i was going out that night I couldn't relax or enjoy the evening knowing it wasn't working at all...Thinking my best /cheaper bet due to it being out of warranty by just 2 months was to buy a new one (at B and Q) on Sunday and get it installed. I thought by the time i paid for someone to try to fix it.. I'd probably end up having to buy one in the end and have double the costs...with no shower til at least Wednesday at most. Thinking of my options I thought... maybe a plumber could fix it ? I was hoping for someone to come out for Sunday or at least Monday but didn't hold my breath. I rang a few companies...and got "Errr can't til Tuesday or so"....but I applied on-line for an appointment with Aspect. Guess what.. they were the only ones that actually got back to me !! and did what they promised...with a great rate included. They fixed it swiftly and didn't do what other companies have done to me before..others try to prolong the time line of the job to get more fees per hour etc.... Aspect didn't do this to me. The plumber arrived at the time slot stated..and solve the issue...on a Sunday morning!!! He did a great job and was friendly and professional..and left no mess after doing the work. Now that is what i call service. I'm giving them 6 stars!! not 5 The customer service center and the plumber, made me feel like how customers used to be treated years ago.. something that is missing in a lot of companies today!! I think you know what i mean when i say that. So here's the deal for me for future issues i have in my home.. I will ONLY use Aspect - from now on... and that goes with recommending them to my friends and family members. More important to me.. and living in London for 20 years.. is the fact that finally I've found a company that goes that extra mile. Thank you for all those who work at Aspect..my shower is A+ again and I don't have to smell til Tuesday now. Cheers guys and gals :) Tom NW1 London

Sparks
Aspect's electrician came and worked with a joinery on a complex project moving wiring and plugs and he did a great job, explaining everything and also very quick.

New Boiler

Nightmare saved!
The nightmare scenario! The prospective in-laws arriving for the first time from overseas and the toilets in the block back up! Thank you Aspect for sorting it out as quickly as you did and allowing the happy reunion to go as well as I could have hoped but didn't really expect!!!

A friend recommended Aspect to me so I got them to quote for some bathroom work - the quote was pretty much the same as the 2 others I got so I went with them as my friend had been pleased with the work done for her. I thought they were great - really pleasant guy who did a great job. I've just booked one of their electricians to put in some new lights and they are just about to start a refurb job for another friend.
