Without this in the event of an end of tenancy deposit dispute it will be very difficult, if not unlikely that the Tenancy Deposit Scheme will agree any deduction from your tenants deposit.

Couldn't have asked for a better service
We used ATD for a check-in & Inventory last January and they were Brilliant. Inventory and Schedule of Condition was thorough with date and time stamped photographs. Mike was extremely knowlegable of the DPS scheme and clearly has extensive knowledge of the industry overall. Very friendly and with excellent communication I would reccomend this service to anyone looking to take a tenant deposit and have the best chance of getting some of it back if required! We will absolutely use this service again.

Excellent Service
I have used ATD for the last few years to undertake inventory services in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, and in my experience they have always provided an exceptional and highly reliable service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Highly Recomended
We use ATD as our prefered supplier for inventories, check in's and check outs as well as property visits, Energy Performance Certificates and Deffect Reports (Snagging) for issies on new build developments. They are flexible, helpful and professional and provide an excellent value for money service to our company.

Well recommended
I have used Mike at ATD for nearly 5 years now, during that time I have always been able to rely upon his professional services. Within reason, nothing appears too much for Mike in helping to accommodate the landlord and the new tenant. I will continue to use him as my preferred clerk for our properties in the North East. Due to the demand on his services, you usually have to given at least one week's notice, however, that is the measure of his success!
