The ICI (Industry Common Induction for Network Rail) or ICI-LU (Industry Common Induction with London Underground Endorsement) is the mandatory health and safety permit which allows you to work on the London Underground or Network Rail. In order to obtain this, it is essential that you are sponsored by a rail recruitment agency or contracting company.
