About
We are one of the areas only authentic Yang family tai chi clubs, having received our instruction from a direct student (Jim Uglow) of one of the Yang family descendants. Our classes are informal and good natured but full of hands on instruction much in the old style of teaching. Students aren't expected to simply follow along with little instruction but over time are taught the complete system.
