Just what I'd been looking for in Martial Arts training. Effective, practical and concise. Particularly accomodating group, I was coached and cared for with professional attention.

We had Master Coach Joe Segar train 150 of our year 9 students who absolutely loved the day. The info was clear to understand and quick to apply. A must for all school and college students.

I put myself and 6 of my staff on an intro to personal safety course. We all thrived on the course content and how to make it 'live'. If there's one important skill you learn NOW make it this one.

Learnt a great deal about my fears and how to combat them. Very supportive teachers and left wanting MORE MORE MORE.

Great class, top trainer. Left buzzing and stimulated. No fuzzy martial arts mysticism, just hit the nail on the head. Do it...
