Portsmouth auto glass have provided me with the worst customer Service I have ever received. Apparently they are so overwhelmed with work that they do not bother to answer the phone, nor ring back when they are supposed to. You ring the customer service number who has to call the Portsmouth branch but cannot get an answer so sends an email asking to contact me within 2 hrs. Noone calls, so phone again, same thing. Eventually I got my car fixed on Thursday night but it took numerous calls and hassle to my insurance company Sheilas Wheels. Even when i was in their office the phone was ringing but noone was answering. If they are so busy why is Autoglass not sending work elsewhere and putting support in for the phones. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
