disgraceful
Empty forecourt. Guys obviously employed by owner told me they could not wash my car as both of them were on coffee and cigarette break. I was just back after a 4 hourdrive to a family funeral and had a bad day already but their lackadaisical shrug of shoulders was horid. I have told all I can about my experience plus told car behind me not to bother coming in. We gave Prestwick our custom instead. Sorry for proprietors having employed such rude young men.
