Ayrspeed removals - promise the world but do not deliver
Pre move excellent communication and contact very reassuring and personable On day late, doubtful of amount and did not have big enough van - very bad start despite initial comments we can come as early as possible Advised their mistake and 2nd van would uplift later that day or next day at no extra cost This did not happen and we had a week of prompting which is very stressful and unacceptable Furniture marked and some damages should have reviewed but so dependant on getting 2nd and 3rd load delivered to new home could not risk Personal service poor Had to pay extra Overall very poor service and I would not recommend Very dissappointing and be wary of promises
