Appalling service. Telephone calls not returned on several occasions. When I called to collect my item that had been repaired they had no idea of the cost so I had to wait 15 minutes while the assistant rang round to find out. Then I had a problem with the repaired item and they just declined all responsibility.I have used them in the past without any problem.However this proves the adage that you only find out how good a business is by the way they handle a complaint !! Avoid!
