Not happy customer
This company refused to collect from Creeksea place in Burnham. No reason, just refused to go out there. We ended up having to walk, it took us 50 mins back to Burnham, in the pitch black. I've never known anything so appalling. I'm not from the area but the service that wasn't offered in my mind is unacceptable. As a business I thought that customer service would be a priority but not if you want a lift from Creeksea.
