B & S Roofing is a family run firm with over 25 years experience in the roofing industry.
Based in the South Hams region of Devon we work within a 50 mile radius for domestic and commercial clients but specialise in older propertys and roof renewel.
All our tradesmen are experienced, skilled, polite and friendly and enjoy working along with a variety of customers.

How we differ.

Here at B & S Roofing we take pride in our workmanship and aim to provide a prompt, reliable service with attention to detail.
All work is overseen by Jerry Bateman which ensures our exacting standards are met. We are of the opinion that roof covering methods should be tried and tested and last for long periods of time without direct attention and should cause the building owner very little, if any concern during the life of the building.
That is why we guarantee all our new work (10 years) and use slate/tile products that come with a quarry or manufacturers guarantee. (25 years).
We are especially excited about our one piece EPDM Flat Roofing System. Previously we have been reluctant to take on flat roofs due to the problems that arise from traditional felt roofs but now enjoy working with a product which we know will solve your flat roofing problems. Our EPDM flat roof system has a membrane guarantee of 20 years and a life expectancy of 40+ years.
We also feel that any work carried out should not only be totally weather proof but also carried out with attention to detail. This means our experienced and skilled tradesmen pay special attention not only to the relevant British standards for fixing products but also to the aesthetic detail of fixing such products which means the roof will not only last for many years but will also be pleasing to the eye. We offer a free survey and estimation service and will be only too pleased to give you any advice you require. We have public liability and carry out our work to relevant health and safety requirements.
