Do not use BJC
Do not use BJC Bathrooms and Kitchens. Having given me a quote to complete minor alterations to my kitchen (worktop replacement and flooring), on the understanding that this would be completed in 2 days I paid a deposit of £500 to BJC. I received a hastily written email receipt and no formal contract for the work. They refused to give me a detailed breakdown of costs. My worktop was replaced and flooring ripped up, the builders left assuring me that they would return when the flooring had been delivered the next day. Over a period of 2 weeks I was told various stories about why my flooring had not arrived yet. I eventually went into the showroom to express my dissatisfaction at how my job had been handled. The staff were still unable to tell me when the work would be completed, again giving various excuses and no apology. I was then sent a text message 3 days later (not even the courtesy of a phone call) to tell me they would not be completing my job but would refund £100 of my deposit keeping the payment for my replaced worktop. Unfortunately the worktop was not completed as still tiling needed re-grouting and sealing. The work they had started had not been completed and I have been left with tiling that had not been finished, a washing machine in the middle of my living room floor, and no flooring in my kitchen. I am absolutely appalled at the way this has been handled - the staff that I dealt with were incredibly unprofessional and I would avoid this company at all costs. It seems that as soon as a customer complains or expresses dissatisfaction they aren’t professional enough to be able to handle the complaint and will just pull out of work rather than try to rectify matters.

Still awaiting my bathroom to be finished
Still awaiting my bathroom to be finished 11 months later and what they did fit is either leaking or is starting to fail. The worst decision I have ever made

New Kitchen
Can not fault Quality of product and fitting service would highly recommend BJC Plumbing for their kitchen design service, after sales was good.
