B Lightman Martial Arts

is a taekwondo, kickboxing, weapons and NEW BOXERCISE school, I teach from the age of 5 and up The nights I teach are Monday evenings 5-6 junior kickboxing, 6-7 junior taekwondo, 7-8 adult kickboxing.
tuesday mornings 10-11 and 11-12 boxercise, 5-6 junior kickboxing, 6-7 junior taekwondo, 7-8 adult kickboxing. wednesday 5-6 junior kickboxing, 6:30-7:30 weapons, 7:30-8:30 adult kickboxing.
thursday 5-6 junior kickboxing, 6-7 junior taekwondo, 7-8 adult kickboxing.
friday 5-6 weapons, 6-7 junior taekwondo, 7-8 adult kickboxing
with learning weapons they shall be taught within the taekwondo lessons. the instructors are female only, both insured and members of the British martial arts and boxing association insured up to£10,000,000, first aid qualified and CRB checked. all students are insured and members of the British martial arts and boxing association, they are insured up to £2,000,000 member to member. first four lessons are free, no obligation on joining after.
