I have a background in participation in many sports from the fairly extreme (motorcycle road racing) though endurance and stamina (adventure racing) to the more sedate (yoga). During these escapades I have experienced many injuries and have first hand experience of dealing with them. I guess this makes me perhaps a little different to some other practitioners! They are not all as silly as I am! :0)
