We Treat:-
Generalised aches and pains, neck and back pain, poor posture and its related effects, sports injuries, joint pain, headaches and migraines, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, muscle spasm, neuralgia, arthritis pain, rheumatic pain, sciatica and lumbago, digestive problems and circulatory problems to name but a few.
Your first appointment last 45 minutes to 1 hour and will involve full medical history and case history taking, examination where you will be asked to perform some movements and then a discussion on findings and treatment. The follow appointment will normally take place 1 week later and will be 30-45 minutes, this will involve a discussion and examination to establish improvements and treatment.
